My body is as thin as a stick, I’m not who I used to be” — The silent cry of a stray dog, alone and desperate for help.

DNA confirms animal that escaped wildlife rescue was coyote

On a forgotten corner of the city, between fast-moving cars and people who don’t look down, a small dog walks. His body seems a shadow of what he once was: stick-thin, with prominent ribs and skin hanging over fragile bones.

Her eyes, however, still shine with a mixture of fear, sadness and a faint spark of hope.

This little dog wasn’t always like this. Once, he was a puppy, plump, energetic, perhaps even with a name and a family. But abandonment and indifference transformed him into an invisible being. Now he walks alone, dragging his paws through dirty streets, sniffing every corner in the hope of finding a crumb of food… or a bit of compassion.

“My body is as thin as a stick, I’m not who I used to be,” her dull gaze says. It’s a silent cry, but a deafening one for anyone who dares to feel.

Many pass by him without stopping. Some feel pity, others simply ignore him. But few know that behind that weak appearance lies a heart that still beats, that still loves, that still hopes.

Fortunately, not everyone closes their eyes. A kind-hearted person stopped, bent down, and hugged him. He took him to a shelter, where for the first time in a long time, he ate with a full stomach and slept without fear.

Chupacabra or coyote in Clovis?

This little dog is still weak, but now he has a second chance. His story is a reminder that even the most fragile bodies harbor strong souls. And that love can heal what abandonment has destroyed.
