Two dogs who lost everything now cling to each other in the shelter, waiting for love

Animals have emotions as well. They enjoy interacting with others, need affection and company, and value friendship and family. They are heartbroken because they were left behind. Some are either taken to a shelter or end up sleep on the streets. Every pet will find it to be traumatizing.

That is why it is so heartwarming to see two dogs who have grown close to one another despite their terrible circumstances after their owners decided they no longer wanted the animals after having a baby.

The two canine friends, Cici and Chewbacca, eventually found themselves in a shelter. It’s difficult to imagine the despair a dog must experience when their lone family deserts them and they are imprisoned. Despite their difficulties, these two animals were able to rely on one another despite an uncertain future.

Every time a member of the staff went to their cage, Chewbacca and Cici were sharing a hug.The vast size difference between them never seemed to be a problem. It was rather obvious that their friendship and love for one another were as strong as it was possible to be.

Together, they battled the fear and isolation that abandoned animals experience. The center staff decided to make an exception for them because of their close relationship. Either the adoption of these two dogs would occur simultaneously or not at all. Never would they be apart.

Due to the wonders of social media, a picture of the couple was shared and quickly went viral. A family was eventually found to house both dogs as a result. Having found their forever home, these two can now live happily ever after. Playing and cuddling with each other endlessly.
