A tense scene unfolded during an ICE operation when agents attempted to detain a woman who repeatedly resisted their commands. Witnesses say the woman refused to comply from the moment agents approached, pulling away and yelling as officers tried to place her in custody.
Footage shows ICE agents struggling to restrain her as she twisted, pushed back, and refused to let the officers secure her hands. Several commands were given, but the woman continued resisting, escalating the situation and forcing agents to act quickly.
After several seconds of fighting to gain control, the agents performed a controlled takedown to stop her from pulling away. When she was brought to the ground, officers were finally able to get her hands behind her back and complete the arrest.
ICE later stated that the woman was wanted on an immigration-related warrant and had already attempted to flee during a previous encounter. The resistance seen in the video, according to officials, is exactly what puts both officers and suspects at risk.
Despite the woman’s aggressive resistance, the agents kept their composure and followed standard procedure for handling a non-compliant subject. No serious injuries were reported, and the arrest was completed without further escalation.
