From Struggling to Sprinting: Comfy the Pup’s Unbelievable Journey of Healing and Hope!

A dog’s spine was injured, leaving its hind legs unusable. It took nearly six months to heal this lovely pup, but the effort was undoubtedly worthwhile.The cause of this sweet dog’s injury was unknown. Its spine was hurt, rendering the legs limp and useless. Strangely, the dog’s legs had been loosely tied, for reasons we couldn’t discern.Initially, despite being stiff from the pain, the dog cooperated for an initial check-up and ate with such relaxed enthusiasm that we decided to name him Comfy.

However, shortly after the check-up, as Comfy started to feel a little better, he showed us a feistier side. No longer quite as “Comfy,” he began growling and barking, making it clear that he didn’t want to be touched.

We realized that without physical therapy, Comfy might never walk again. The challenge was how to start therapy when he resisted our every touch.
