The 45-year-old was seen sunbathing and taking a dip in the ocean, dressed in a coral two-piece that left little to the imagination. Katie, who has had over 20 cosmetic surgeries, including 16 boob jobs and six facelifts, revealed the BBL was done in Turkey and left her in agony.
Speaking on Katherine Ryan’s podcast, she said the procedure—which involved fat being taken from her own body and injected into her bum—“just didn’t look right” and was “so painful.” Still, she insisted she’d never do surgery in England again: “I’d always have it abroad.”
In a recent YouTube video, Katie branded herself “ugly and disgusting” while watching old footage of her pre-surgery self in Turkey. She admitted to ignoring doctors’ warnings about scarring and confessed she signs consent forms without reading them, purely out of excitement.

Katie also addressed fan concerns over her drastic weight loss, saying it was intentional after gaining weight from a past injury and IVF treatments. But she admitted that seeing her “very skinny and gaunt” face has only made her want more tweaks, joking: “The question is – am I done?”
