Rejected by villagers because of her “ugly” appearance, she had fled human settlements, seeking safety for her child. Each day, her strength dwindled until she could no longer continue.

When we found them, the mother dog, though completely exhausted, was still attempting to shield her pup from perceived danger. The little puppy, full of innocence and affection, refused to leave her side, gently nuzzling her tail and offering comfort.
