Blind Autistic Singer Lavender Darcangelo Shocked everyone

Lavender Darcangelo, a 23-year-old blind and autistic singer, wowed both judges and audience with a powerful performance on America’s Got Talent 2023. She earned a standing ovation and Heidi Klum’s Golden Buzzer for her emotional rendition of “Out Here On My Own.”

Raised in Fitchburg, Massachusetts by her adoptive father Wil Darcangelo, Lavender used music from an early age to express herself and connect with others. Despite her challenges, she found strength in singing, saying it’s when she feels most like herself.
