In Los Angeles, a woman witnessed a heartbreaking scene: a family sadly tied their German shepherd-Malinois mix, Melody, to a tree in an empty parking lot, muzzled her, and walked away.

Melody was devastated and tried to follow them but couldn’t. Luckily, Bridget Blitsch was there at the right time. She stayed with Melody and urgently sought help.
