During a routine traffic stop, officers are unexpectedly handed a tiny puppy by a couple who no longer wants him—sparking a rescue they never saw coming
During a random traffic stop in Windsor, England, police found a couple holding a very young puppy they had just gotten that day. The couple quickly decided they didn’t want him and handed the puppy over to the officers. The puppy, named Buddy, was only six weeks old and too young to be separated from his mother. The police took him to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where he was cared for until he was old enough to be adopted. Buddy has since found a loving family and is thriving in his new home.
