Ethan Suplee’s incredible 1,000 pound weight loss journey

Ethan Suplee, best known for his role as Seth in American History X and Randy in My Name Is Earl, was once one of Hollywood’s biggest actors—literally. At his heaviest, he weighed over 530 pounds. From a young age, Ethan struggled with obesity, going on his first diet at age five. His weight often defined his roles in Hollywood, and although he found success, it came at the cost of his health.

After years of yo-yo dieting and battling with food and self-image, Ethan made a drastic lifestyle change. He began cycling obsessively in 2010, losing over 200 pounds. Later, he focused on building muscle and adopted a high-protein diet. Today, Ethan maintains a strong, muscular physique and shares his journey on his podcast, American Glutton.

Much of his motivation came from his wife, Brandy Lewis, whom he married in 2006. With her support and for the sake of their four children, Ethan committed to transforming his health. Now, he’s not only thriving in his personal life but also continuing his career in TV and film, inspiring fans with his incredible transformation and determination.
