When I first encountered Vivaldi, a neglected poodle suffering from severe skin issues, she was in desperate need of help.Covered in unsightly blotches and unable to remain composed, it was clear that Vivaldi had never received the medical care she so desperately needed.
Her skin was plagued by ticks and worms, leaving her exhausted and on the brink of death. Yet, despite the overwhelming challenges, I was determined not to abandon her. We embarked on a challenging journey towards healing and recovery.With unwavering commitment, we worked tirelessly to treat Vivaldi’s skin condition, known as demodicosis. Slowly but surely, she began to regrow hair, though some scars and patches remained.
These imperfections held little significance compared to the joy of witnessing her improvement.
Given that Vivaldi’s immune system was already compromised, we decided to have her spayed to prevent any future health issues.My dedication to her well-being was unwavering, and I stood by her side for a year and a half, filled with hope and determination.
Our perseverance was rewarded. Vivaldi transformed into a joyful, lovable poodle with a sweet scent replacing the unpleasant odor she once had. She had come a long way from the distressed puppy I initially found.Vivaldi’s transformation was a testament to collaboration and a reminder of the importance of caring for all animals, especially those without homes.
