Unfortunately, the reality is often different, as some people are unprepared to care for a pet and abandon them in the worst of circumstances, without considering that there are multiple options available before leaving them adrift in a pitiful state of health.
This time, we’re telling you the story of a little dog who was abandoned on a mountain in the middle of a garbage dump. Helpless and very vulnerable, she was waiting for someone to help her. One of her hind legs was injured and bandaged, but very dirty.
“Today we found an abandoned dog near the Villa farm in Chorros. In fact, we saw a car stop to leave her there, but we didn’t realize it until we got closer. One of her paws is bandaged; we don’t really know what happened to her.”
The people who found her gave her water and tried to comfort her without hurting her. Although they couldn’t take her home, they contacted a local rescue group who provided her with the care she needed. Caridad Perú posted the story on its Facebook account and urged the entire community to help in any way they could.
Fortunately, the dog was rescued and is now in a new home . Thanks to her story being shared on social media, a man took responsibility for this beautiful furry friend.
