Jessica Alves, once known as Rodrigo Alves, has undergone more than 100 plastic surgeries
in her quest to align her appearance with her true identity. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, she came out as transgender in 2020, saying,

implants, rib removal, and facial reconstruction.
